The Summit is organised by Marketing Director Phil Young and All The Elements founder Soraya Abdel-Hadi.
For the last three years, we have been fortunate to be supported by HF Holidays and Patagonia to run this unique and powerful event for people of colour leading in the outdoors. We are delighted, with their continued support, to be running our fifth Summit in 2025!
